    HASTINGS AND DISTRICT PSC AGM

    Saturday 17 January 2026 2-5pm. Stade Hall, Hastings, TN34 3FJ.
    Join us for our annual general meeting when we will hear from the editor of the Palestine Chronicle Ramzy Baroud, review the year's work and discuss our aims and strategies for 2026.

    ZOOM CALL WITH AL-MAWASI
    MONDAY 19 JANUARY 1PM

    Please join our Zoom call on Monday 19 January at 1pm with our friends in Al Mawasi. These zoom calls are the best way to hear directly what is happening on the ground at the moment, and we know they value people coming to listen and showing our friendship and solidarity.
    This will be a chance to find out the latest from Al-Mawasi, the situation since the 'ceasefire,' including how the recent rain and gales have affected the area.

    PALESTINE BOOK CLUB

    RYE INFORMATION STALL

    Friday 30 January 2026 2 - 4pm. The cobbles at the top of Conduit Hill, where it meets the High Street. Please come and support our stall at Rye. All the usual information, petitions, stickers plus keffiyehs, books,and badges.

    NATIONAL MARCH FOR PALESTINE - HANDS OFF GAZA

    Saturday 31 January 2026 12pm. Central London. Israel's genocide against the Palestinian people has not ended. Join us for the next march for Palestine to demand our government end its complicity in Israel's violence. More information.

    NEW YEAR FOR TREES

    Sunday 1 February 1-5PM. The Stade Hall TN34 3FJ.Marking Tu Bishvat (New Year for Trees) which falls on the evening of Sunday 1st February, the seed swap will incorporate an exhibition exploring the ecological message of New Year for Trees and the environmental impact of occupation and war on the lands of historic Palestine.

    WORKPLACE DAY OF ACTION FOR PALESTINE

    Thursday 12 February 2026. The PSC is calling on workers across all sectors to take part in the next Workplace Day of Action for Palestine, to challenge complicity in Israels genocide and demand justice for the Palestinian people. From local government pension fund investments and corporate contracts to cultural partnerships and suppression of Palestine solidarity, British institutions are tied to and support systems which enable Israel's genocide and system of apartheid against the Palestinian people.

    Workplace days of action are a way for us as workers to confront their complicity, to demand boycott, divestment and sanctions and to get organised. More information.

    FILM SHOW: PALESTINE 36

    Thursday 12 February (7.30pm) and Thursday 19 February (11am). The Electric Palace TN34 3ER. There will be an introduction and Q and A with two of the producers on 12 Feb only.

    STAND UP FOR GAZA

    Thursday 26 February 2026 7.30pm. The Printworks, Hastings. Stand Up For Gaza is coming to Hastings again. With comedians including Alexei Sayle, Elaine Fellows, Max Geddes.
